Posture - A Profession Changing Lesson

Once I first started my networking profession, I was a fairly shy person. The considered picking up a telephone and calling a stranger horrified me.

I used to literally sit at my desk staring on the cellphone for hours attempting to sum up the courage to call my leads. It was ridiculous, however my mind found a option to justify my inaction with one excuse or another.

The issue stemmed from my lack of posture, leadership, and authority, on account of a lack of confidence. When I would call my leads, I got here from a spot of weak point, need, and desperation.
